The POS App has two different modes.

Point of Sale Mode (POS)

• Interact with customer directly at the point of sale.
• Search for reservations made on the web or by phone and print associated tickets.
• Sell tickets directly to the customer (Can also make reservations in person).
• Make changes to reservations.
• Process Stand By transactions.

Reservation Mode (RES)

• Used to interact with customers by phone.
• Make, change, or cancel/refund reservations.
