Select the Servers Tab at the top of the screen.

The servers tab is used to define the Credit Card/Captains card server IP address, port, merchant ID, and payment gateway. The entries needed in this table should coincide with the credit card software and Store/Debit Card Sales (Ex. Captain’s Card).

adding a new server
  1. Enter the Application ID (3 positions)
  2. Enter the Server ID (IP address of credit card/captains card server)
  3. Enter the server port and merchant id
  4. Select the payment gateway from the drop down list
  5. Check the process credit card check box for live “online” transactions. If this credit card server isfor use during a connection down situation, then leave the process credit card check box unchecked to be in “offline” sales mode.
Editing/Deleting an existing Server
  1. Press the  button to the left of the desired server.
  2. To delete the server, press the  button.
  3. To update the server information, change the desired fields and press the  button.
  4. After editing or updating, press  to continue.
