Changing a Reservation
Searching for a Reservation
To search for a reservation click on the green Search button on the left menu. You can search for a reservation by using the transaction number, contact name, email address, phone number, zip code, loyalty number, company name, and the last four numbers of the credit card or by entering the departure information.
- Enter the acquired information into the appropriate field(s)
- Click Search
- The search results will display in the list
Changing Contact Information
- Enter the Transaction ID number
- Click Display Customer Info button
- Edit the fields as desired
- Click Update Customer Info Button
Changing Departure Times
After searching for the transaction you want to change, select the tickets you wish to change. After the tickets are selected click the Change Ticket(s) Sched button at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the tickets that you wish to edit
- Click edit after you have selected the desired tickets
- Select new departure information
- Click Change Schedule button to make the selected changes
- If there are no other changes that need to be made click the Continue button to move on to the payment screen.
While on the payment screen you will need to refund a difference in price, charge the customer for the increase in price or continue with no price change. You may also apply a discount on this screen if needed. See Selecting a Payment Type
- If there is a refund or no change in price click on the Continue Refund button.
Adding to a Reservation
After searching for the transaction you want to add to, select the transaction you wish to add to from the list. After the tickets are selected click the Change Ticket(s) Sched button at the bottom of the screen.
- Click the add button
- Select the desired ticket type and departure/return times
- Select the quantity of that ticket type you wish to add
- Click the Add Ticket button
- Click the Continue button once all desired tickets have been added to continue to the payment screen
Repeat steps 1 through 4 to add additional tickets
- While on the payment screen you will need to charge the customer for the increase in price or continue with no price change. You may also apply a discount on this screen if needed. See Selecting a Payment Type
